How-to Guide for legislating for an EAF. This ‘How-to’ guide pulls together learning from FAO EAF-Nansen’s experience and presents 17 minimum components for legislating for EAF. It analyses emerging trends and discusses challenges relevant to EAF implementation, providing examples from different parts of the world to demonstrate different approaches to EAF legislation. A key message is that EAF implementation on a substantive global scale is possible.
